We’re a bit old-fashioned – we believe in conversation and communication.
You can poke around all you want on our site (and we’re happy to have you) but we promise, we’ll be able to help you more if you open up a bit. We won’t stalk – pester – or even pursue if you don’t want us to, but the challenge with the world today is not the shortage of information, but rather its surfeit. The challenge is to intelligently discern the avalanche. We can give you a more astute assessment of things if we know what you’re looking for (i.e. – what’s the deal with property taxes? are termites normal? what are expected costs when buying and selling real estate? what are happening with prices in my neighborhood?) There are literally thousands of little (and big) things we can help with – and that’s what we try to do – help.
